NO HEAT CHECKLIST
- Is your emergency switch on?
- Is there enough oil in your tank?
- Is the thermostat set above current room temperature?
- If your thermostat is electronic, are the batteries dead?
- Press the RELAY RESET button on the relay box located on your heating system. PRESS ONCE ONLY.
- Check the fuse boxes for blown fuses or circuit panel for tripped circuits.
- Check burner switches - be sure they are in the "on" position - there is one near the burner and usually one at the top of the basement stairs.

OIL BURNER TUNE-UP:
- Clean and vacuum heat exchanger
- Clean smoke pipe and check chimney connection
- Inspect combustion chamber
- Replace oil filter cartridge
- Service oil burner, replace nozzle, inspect and adjust electrodes, inspect burner fan, end cone, and blast tube
- Oil all motors and circulators
- Replace standard air filter (Disposable type)
- Check draft and adjust draft stabilizer
- Test exhaust for proper smoke, Co2, and temperature resulting in optimal efficiency
- Adjust burner as needed
- We will visually and ultrasonically test and monitor your tank if you are enrolled in our valuable TankSure® Program
